Table 1. Efficiency
in the generation of transgenic zebrafish. Zebrafish embryos were
collected and microinjected with cbp-chrtiGH:
pRSGFP (10:1 molar ratio). Survival and GFP fluorescence rates were
assayed 24 h post-injection. Transgenic fish were screened for the presence
of cbp-chrtiGH sequences by PCR analysis
of fin DNA.
