Cells were grown in the presence of (A) supernatant from pAEC-D2-transfected cells; (B) 0.5 ng/mL VEGF₁₆₅ protein; and VEGF₁₂₁-containing supernatant at (C) 1:2 dilution, and (D) not diluted.
