were conducted in buffer NaAc 100 mM, pH 5.5 with 5 IU of LsdA expressed
by P. pastoris (Pp), natural host G. diazotrophicus (Gd)
or recombinant E. coli strain (Ec) for 10 h at 42ºC and sucrose
concentrations of 146, 584 and 1460 mM A) or temperatures of 60, 28 or
42ºC and 1460 mM of sucrose B). Sugars were separated by TLC. Symbols
