5. Effect of NaCl concentration on the transfructosylation reaction of
LsdA. Sucrose
at concentrations of 100 mM A) and 1500 mM B) was incubated for 10 hours
in buffer NaAc 100 mM, pH 5.5, in the presence of 10 IU of LsdA expressed
by P. pastoris (Pp), natural host G. diazotrophicus (Gd)
or recombinant E. coli strain (Ec), at the indicated NaCl concentration
and temperature. Product profiles were analyzed by TLC. Symbols represent:
