Table 5. Thermodynamic parameters estimated by Arrhenius approach for batch formation and deactivation of CBH by cultures of Cellulomonas flavigena. Thermodynamic parameters were determined using following equation:

Ln (qp /T) = Ln(kB/h)+ ∆S*/R-∆H*/R.1/T ; where qp, T, kB , h, ∆S*,  ∆H* and R are  specific productivity,  absolute temperature, Boltzmann constant,  Planck's  constant, entropy of activation, enthalpy of activation and  gas constant respectively. The values of kB , h, and R are 1.38x10-23 J.K-1, 6.63 x 10-34 J.s and 8.314 J/.K-1.mol-1 respectively.

∆H* was calculated as slope and Ln(kB/h)+ ∆S*/R as intercept on Y-axis using Figure 2b.
